We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the Service or on any related website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).

  • Availability: All products and services are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

  • Safety and Operation: Purchasers of power equipment (gas or battery-operated) are responsible for reading and understanding all manufacturer's manuals, safety warnings, and operating instructions. Gardenland Hawaii is not liable for injuries or damages resulting from improper use, maintenance, or negligence.

  • Fueling Gas Equipment: As stated in our Return Policy, gas-powered equipment that has had fuel added to the tank, even if subsequently drained, is considered used and generally cannot be returned.

  • Maintenance and Servicing: We offer repair and maintenance services for power equipment. Users are responsible for regular maintenance as recommended by the manufacturer.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, and software, is the property of Gardenland Hawaii or its content suppliers and protected by United States and international copyright laws.
